Using a Tramex Moisture Encounter ME5, we take non-destructive readings across affected and dry reference areas, in the mode suited to each material. Combined with practical building knowledge, the measurements help trace where moisture is coming from and how far it has spread.

The founder of PROPTECTA has worked for over two decades in construction, water and fire damage restoration and building investigations in Sweden and Norway, where moisture control and damage assessment are long-established disciplines. That experience now serves property owners on the Costa del Sol.
